Professor Otto is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology. Professor Otto joined the Morgan State University faculty in 2003. She earned her Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in Developmental Psychology from Andrews University and a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies from Oakwood University. At present, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in Community College Leadership. Professor Otto has also served as a faculty member and also as Program Coordinator of the National Institutes of Mental Health Career Opportunities in Research Program (NIMH-COR) in the Psychology department at Morgan State University.
Professor Otto is a member of several divisions of the American Psychological Association. She serves division 2 of APA as Chair of the Instructional Resource Grant committee. She has also served her community as Project Coordinator for a Demonstration Grant sponsored funded by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to reduce Cardiovascular Disease Risk in Vulnerable Populations in Baltimore, City, Maryland.
